 | Providing installation for the MS1 when shaft attachment is not accessible, the MSW* retains the ease of installation just as the other products from Applied Innovative Solutions. simply "snap" the mounting magnets to your idler frame and "snap" an MS1 to the wheel collar and you are done! The 10 inch wheel rides on the return belt, providing smooth operation. If conditions occur where an idler frame is not available, and mounting of the MSW can only be accessible by bolts, simply un-screw the magnet mounts from the swivel joints and attach swivel joints to a frame by drilling. | | The top photo shows the MSW* mounted to a conveyor frame with an MS1 Speed Switch in place. The photo to the right shows an MSW* without an MS1 attached. Notice the attachment hub which secures the MS1. The Ms1 attaches magnetically to the recessed section of the hub, which guarantees that the MS1 will always stay completly centered with no chance of movement - unless replacement is needed. To remove the MS1, simply grasp the couple on the MS1 and pull it free! |  |
